We are talking about different jobs on the internet that you can use to start your own online business. You can work from home and choose your hours!
The first option we will talk about is Drop Shipping. Drop Shipping can be a high-profit business where you can work from home. Drop shipping is a business format where someone orders from your store but a third-party packages and ships the items. Therefore, you are responsible for marketing and selling the products in your online store but you don't have to keep inventory, bother with packaging and shipping, or deal with customer service. The third-party business does all of this for you.
This is a great way to get started in a business where you can work from home and choose your work hours. It makes starting easier because you are not responsible for shipping, packaging, and customer service. It will save you tons of time, where you can concentrate and focus on branding your business, marketing your goods, and making sales. Plus without having to keep inventory, it will save you tons of space and cut your starting overhead way down. You only buy the product when you sell one. No pre-orders are necessary. It’s a great way to try new products out as well. You can try new products without any risk to your budget.
To get started with a drop shipping business follow these steps:
Choose where to list your items for sale. It can be an online marketplace like Amazon or eBay or choose a platform for your products like Shopify or WooCommerce.
Find a drop shipping supplier who fits your needs.
Research the items you plan to sell
Do market research on where you plan to sell your items.
Do a competitive analysis on your top competitors to see how they are marketing and selling their items to inspire you in ways to do your own.
List your items online
Market your store and brand
Collect orders and send them to your supplier
Automate your business.

Another way to start your own online business is Freelancing. Freelancing is a type of self-employment. Freelancers tend to work as self-employed, they usually deliver their services on a contract or project basis.
Freelancers usually work as a writer, designers, performers, or the like, selling work or services by the hour, day, job, etc. for themselves, rather than working on a regular salary basis for one employer.
Some good platforms for beginner freelancers are:
Fiverr - is a popular site to find freelancing jobs
Design Crowd is a great site for beginner freelancers
Thumbtack is also a good site for beginners because there is less competition.
Konker - is a freelance site for SEO jobs
Servicescape is for freelance editing
Testbirds is a testing job site
FancyHands is a good site for virtual assistants
These are just a few examples of sites for freelancers. There are many, many more out there and most are hiring right now. It's a great time to get into Freelancing. It is a booming business since the pandemic. Whatever your skill set is, you can probably make money from it by freelancing. The advantage of using sites like these is that they find your clients for you. Otherwise, if you work for yourself and don't use sites like these you are responsible for finding your clients. Then the job entails a lot more, like marketing, sales, etc.
Here are a few tips to help you before you start your own Freelancing Business:
To avoid downtime between projects—and to keep making money—you have to find new freelance writing gigs. Search online job boards. Reach out to potential clients by sending an email introducing yourself to the content director. Network with other writers who can pass work on to you when their plates are full.
Don’t quit your day job. If you’re a new writer, ease into a career as a freelancer by doing it part-time at first before starting your own small business. It could take a little time to land your first client and start making good money as a successful freelance writer. Try writing jobs that pay you from a platform like Online Writing Jobs
Figure out who your target audience is. Your writing needs to speak to your audience.
Turn in a clean copy. You must turn in your writing work with a clean copy. This means proofreading and self-editing your work. Make sure your sentences are short, concise, and easy to comprehend. Go over your work word by word and line by line, checking for typos, incorrect punctuation, and grammar.
Start blogging. If you have a passion for something—like cooking, parenting, or skiing—think about becoming a blogger on the subject. Keeping up your blog is a creative outlet that helps build your writing skills, shape your writing style, and become a better writer.
Learn fundamental SEO skills. More companies need content that will drive customers their way. They’ll need content marketing writers who know the basics of SEO and how to help their website rank high in search results. As a freelance writer, have a basic grasp of how search engine optimization works and where to strategically place keywords to drive web traffic to the company’s site.
Develop a pricing structure
When you start writing as a new freelance writer, take different types of freelance writing assignments and work for different types of clients. This will give you different types of experience.
Learn how to budget your time daily, blocking out several hours at a time to focus on your work to meet your deadlines. Strengthen your time management skills. Every writing assignment will have different time requirements.
Find your writing niche. As you take on more work, see if there’s a type of writing you enjoy and that you’re good at. When you specialize in a specific genre, you’ll become a sought-after writer with those types of companies.
Create your portfolio. Prospective clients will want to see your work.
Continue developing your skills, writing, marketing, and sales skills.
